Character Bundle - Volume 1

You just run the install file for the character bundle.  It will prompt you for registration.  After that it will be available from within Presenter - http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/adding-and-editing-characters.aspx

Jessie, that is a great question.  When I purchased the articulate software i was sent an email with the download link...  Possibly Leslie can help with this one?

Can I jump in with my query along the same lines please?

Purchased Storyline & had Replay & Character Bundle as extras. Our service desk have downloaded Replay & it owrks a treat. They also downloaded the character bundle but we cannot see it / get to it - any help gratefully received. The team opened the link & ran the programme putting in our serial numbers & we can see it as a download but cannot do anything with it.

I've installed Storyline 1, and now I want to install the character bundle 1... I have the serial number that has been purchased by the company I work, but I can't find the Install link. What should I do? Thanks

Here's how to install character packs and bundles. I am not aware of a silent install method.

What is included in the Character Bundle - Volume 1?  I did not download anything, but I do have 1 photograph to use and a few other "cartoon" character to use.  Is that the bundle?  Please advise. 

Hello Michelle - There is one photographic character and multiple illustrated characters available standard in the software.

Additional character packs for perpetual licenses of Storyline and Studio are no longer available for purchase. For full access to our ever-expanding Content Library of characters and other gorgeous course assets, check out Articulate 360.

The link for the character bundle should have been in your Product confirmation email. If you don't have that link and can't find it, our team would be happy to help! Reach out here and they'll confirm your license and get you the link you need. 

I cant find the Image character bundle in my srotyline 2, please advise.
