We are doing some work for a small college and use the notes tab as closed captioning. They failed their ADA review because it's not true closed captioning (like Adobe Captivate). Any advise or/and will Articulate finally add this feature to the next update or version.
I get a 404 error on your 2nd link but Articulate has heard this before by others and me. TRUE close captioning is what we need in the program itself (like Adobe Captivate or Camtasia). All these examples fail to meet the ADA standards. Bill
Hi, William -- Thanks for letting me know the 2nd link did not function properly for you, which is odd, because I checked it and it worked properly for me. And it sounds like you have already used this form to share your thoughts with our Product Development team, so while I do not have any additional information to share on ADA compliance, I did want to pass along this info related to Section 508:

Hi, William -- Thanks for your question and may I ask if you have had a chance to review the following resources for using Closed Captioning in SL2?
