When I upload courses using Articulate to our Learning Management System, the courses do not go to completion with the Finish button when using IE10 and IE11. Although the courses work when in compatibility settings, I'm wondering if there is a solution to this problem. SumTotal, our LMS vendor is no longer supporting compatibility settings, so I'm concerned that we should resolve this problem and am not sure what to do. Any advice?
Have you tested the courses in the SCORM Cloud using Internet Explorer 10, or 11? Is this happening with all users, or is this just random? You may want to look into browser security settings on the computers being used as well.
I have not tried using SCORM Cloud, but I will do that. And it is happening across the board. I looked on Google what to do about it and it said to upload Update 10 which I did. That did not help the problem. When I send information on compatibility settings to the users having the problem, that fixes the problem, but I would prefer not to have to do that.
It seems to be a problem with any course wrapped in Articulate at this point.
Most of the computers in our company are using IE10 and the only way I can get it to work in IE10 is to set the compatibility settings. I actually don't have an IE11 PC to check it on. It did not work in the cloud with IE10
You may want to look into the security setting in the internet explorer browsers on the computers to make sure the settings are not to high, and make sure the SCORM Cloud and the LMS are listed as trusted sites.

Hello Rhoda,
Let us know if the course works using the SCORM Cloud. this will determine if it is specific to your LMS.

I tried running the course in SCORM cloud and it did not work until I set the compatibility settings.
Hi Rhoda,
Do you have a file you could share with us to test?
Yes - here you go.
Hello Rhoda,
I was able to load this into SCORM Cloud and view on IE 11.0.16 without any issues. Can you test the output here?

I will check with PC techs and see if that is possible. Thanks!
