I have developed a course all good, A want to copy it so I can make some logo changes for another customer and end up with with similar but different courses without having to rewrite the whole thing.
How can I copy it so I can edit it without effecting the original Articulate files.
I got caught out once before and I edited all my original files. Cost me days of re-working.
Knowing now that you have video resources in your project, I'd actually recommend using this method to keep it all intact. It's a pretty quick process.
I tried that but the video and audio components don't appear as separate components but they do work in preview mode. I wonder is it still referencing the original multimedia files in the original folder?
Sorry I missed this yesterday. Jeanette does a really good job of explaining what happens to the files when creating a back-up copy over here. And if you feel like you might be experiencing some unexpected behavior, please feel free to send us your project files so we can take a closer look and help out.
