Slide audio is set in the Audio import or Audio Editor widget. Copy/Paste is a PPT function, which has no knowledge of the audio as the audio is not embedded on the page; as it would be using the built in PPT audio function.
After pasting in the slide, you'll need to open the Audio Editor or Import Audio widget, and re-insert the audio for the pasted slide.
