Course not Publishing to SkillSoft LMS

Hello,

I am trying to have our vendor, SkillSoft, upload a course for us and they are receiving this error when they try to load it. I published the course in SCORM 2004 and tested the course in SCORM cloud. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this to upload correctly? Our support contact is telling us that we are missing information from the package that contains the course code, duration, target audience, description, and content version. I am currently re-publishing and sending it again - hoping that does the trick!

Hi Danielle,

If you're able to publish within SCORM Cloud, have you let your LMS team take a look at how that publishes successfully? I also wanted to point you to this blog post on troubleshooting common LMS issues, including publishing.

Our LMS vendor has stated that the files look differnt than they have in the past. I have submitted a support case to Articulate and given them the course but they have not responded yet about the specifics. I reviewed your link and the steps listed are the steps I followed. I appreciate your help!

Hi Danielle,

I see where Wilbert is working with you on your case, and you mentioned that it worked successfully within SCORM Cloud. You'll want to share that result with your LMS team, as then it indicates something is happening on their end in terms of reading the Articulate Presenter package.
