Course not running on server

Client is having issues with course running on their server.  Haven't got many specifics about their server, but have not had a problem in the past.  However, transferred files via FTP and they no longer work when they upload them, or download them for that matter.  I downloaded the same files from the FTP and they are working fine on my end.  Anyways, screen shot of what their end looks like from their server.

thoughts?
