Question: I have published courses (AICC, Passed/Incomplete). The courses are marking complete internally, but we are getting complaints from customers that they aren't marking complete. However, when I ran a report of the customer's company...some of their employees are having no issues with the courses being marked as complete and some are. I have no idea what the issue may be. Anyone have any idea.
If you have hidden slides, this might be what is causing the issues. The hidden slides do count in the viewed slide count. So if you have options for the learner to bypass some slides that are hidden, then the course will never complete based on slides viewed set to max.
For courses with hidden slides where they do not all have to be seen to pass, we usually put in a non-quiz quizmaker slide as the last slide, then use that as the tracking object.

What is your completion criteria? Slides viewed or scored quiz?
Some courses are slides viewed and some are scored quizes. So far the coures that we have had the complaints on are the slides viewed.

Thank you. I will look into this and see if this is the issue. I appreciate your help!
