Courses now completing immediately

Hi,

hoping I can get some guidance on why all of a sudden my newly published Courses don't track correctly in our LMS, being SAP LSO 6.04_9.  When the Course is launched in our LMS, it follows up as completed almost immediately. I usually set the tracking to mark as complete with a 100% score on the final quiz but sometimes by stating how many pages the learner needs to click on (e.g. 15 out of 16).  Neither of these options works any longer. I can track it back to about two weeks ago. Our SAP team have confirmed no chanes/updates to SAP LSO so wondering what could be going wrong.  I can provide the source or published files if need be. I've done the usual things of clearning cache etc, all to no avail.  My content published more than two weeks ago still track correctly.  Any ideas?
