Courses on iPad - audio and visuals intermittent


I created a course using Studio '13 and published to HTML5 for viewing via our LMS. I've had users report that the course ran fine, one person who said he could not hear the audio (although the volume on his iPad and the course were turned up) and one person who said she could hear the audio but not see the slides.

Are there any suggestions of how can troubleshoot this issue?

Hi Leslie,

First, can you tell us if you know what browsers and versions your learners are using when they see these issues? Do you know if there's a similar thread connecting them (same browser or version, etc.)?

It may help to test your course outside of your current LMS. I recommend using SCORM Cloud to test your content.

Another option would be to use our Tempshare server. Just keep in mind that this server is only available for testing content - it is not officially supported by Articulate and all content will be removed automatically after 10 days.
