Although video quality will be improved in the next software update for Articulate Studio '13, lossless image compression may not make it out as quickly. I do see the Forum Thread (as well as your Support Case Number 00379347 with Wilbert) where you have been specifically discussing the published quality of screen captures, and we have asked our Quality Assurance Team to take a deeper look at this problem as well. Unfortunately, Studio '09 cannot open content created in Studio '13. Please let us know if you need anything else, and have a great day!
