The best way we've found to fix this problem is to rotate the arrow by 0.1 degree on the Z axis:
Right Click -> Format Shape -> 3D Rotation -> Z:
0.1 or -0.1 from the current value.

Another note is that sometimes these lines are connectors in Powerpoint, and they are going askew because Powerpoint likes to connect the middle of two objects.
I remembered reading about this before in these forums and searched to find some articles. This one seems to confirm that it's a bug...or an undocumented feature as so many vendors say ).

One way to fix is to make them images. Copy each one then Paste > Paste Special > PNG format
There is something that goes wrong when publishing linked arrows sometimes.

Ok thank you but i think there is something like 400 arrows in this presentation... But is it a known bug?
