I see a new tab in my presentation, "Custom text" is on the framework. How do I get rid of that?
I checked my template and when I have the "exit" tab selected, I get the "Custom Text" one instead. When I de-select the "exit" option, there is nothing in that space on the framework.
Yes, that worked. The text for the exit tab was "custom text" which explains why it appeared on the slide that way. What I don't know is how it got changed. I've used the exit tab on the last three courses and it always said "exit."
I've added a custom tab (Quit unit) on my unit which allows learners to go back to the course page that they came from (image below).
My issue is, I would like this custom tab to only appear on certain slides while it is hidden on the others. But when I open Slide player Features > Custom for selected slides, it doesn't list the Quit unit tab for checking/un-checking.

Hey Jon,
It appears to be related to the Player's Text Labels. You should be able to customize it however you like. Let us know if that does it.

Hi Joe,
There are several things that can contribute to this issue:
1. Working with projects that reside on a network drive/USB drive.
2. Corrupt install due to restrictive permissions.
3. Corrupt user profile.

Hi Sij,
The feature to allow tabs to only appear on selected slides is currently only available for the four built-in tabs, not custom tabs.
That would make a nice feature request, though
