Data Download folder not created when Publishing

Hi All, I have publishes several courses to our LMS successfully, made up of an Engage interaction and Word attachments - no problems with users viewing the interaction or opening the attachments until now. However, when publishing pur latest modules, I find that I can view the interaction, but the attachments are missing. I discovered that the data download folder is not being created in the published zip folder which we upload to the LMS.
The file path is well under 260 characters (is the same as for previous courses which have been published/zipped/loaded successfully), and I'm usisng Powerpoint 2007.
Suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Not a suggestion so much as to just make mention that I have experienced that issue as well. In my case when I would drop down the Attachment tab I would see a listing for the document but clicking on it would result in an error. Looking into it I noticed that the attachment files weren't bundled in with the publish files. One thing I would recommend checking is if the path to the attachment file has changed from when you imported it as that might throw it off. I'm not sure if Articulate actually loads the document into the Articulate project file for later when it publishes or if it is just storing the relative link to the document that it then uses to retrive the file during the publishing process.
