I am having issues with the background images distorting when I publish them online. I am publishing this presentation in the same way I always do - the format is set to the correct dimensions - but the logo in the corner is completely changing size when it publishes online. I have only been doing this for a year or so - mostly publishing ppt presentations with voiceover on our website - but I can't seem to figure out what the problem is with this particular presentation. Does anyone have any tricks I can try to get this working properly?
That does sound strange. By any chance have you uploaded the content over a previous version of the presentation? I'm wondering if this is possibly a caching issue. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? If so, and you still see the distortion, can you try viewing the content in a different web browser?
Are you able to share a link to the published and uploaded content, so I can take a look? Just want to see if I see the same issue on my side. If you're unable to share the content on the forums, you're more than welcome to share the link or files with us privately.
