I've come across some slides that contain distorted images somehow. These images look fine in PPT shown here. This just happened today. I've been working on this project for weeks now.
but look like the below when published. You can see the image and the progress bar are affected.
Would you like to send us your files so we can take a closer look and work with you to find a solution? If so, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09, which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so I can follow up with you personally in the forums. And feel free to come back and leave your case number here so I can keep a close eye on it. Thanks!
Thanks Pete. I think this is occurring because of images that are grouped together. I ungrouped some items and the images display properly when published.
I'm publishing again to see if the progress bar is fixed after ungrouping all of the images that it's composed of. I will let you know tomorrow.

Sounds good, James. That's a good fix for the images; it's the progress bar I wasn't so sure about. Let us know...
Thanks!
Pete, this was definitely caused by the images being grouped together.
Thanks for the update, James! Glad to hear it's resolved.
