Yep, that's the most recent update.

Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

I appreciate your quick response, but I've been down this road before. My same course, previous to this update, could not report a score in our LMS (using previous versions of IE), but could in ScormCloud. Articulate pointed the finger at our LMS, our LMS pointed the finger at Articulate.

Ultimately I reinstalled the software and that fixed the issue. I'll try that first.

After reinstalling, my course is not updating a score in ScormCloud now. Here's the breakdown:

  1. Launch 1 - Took assessment, no score recorded.
  2. Launch 2 - Took assessment, 90% recorded.
  3. Launch 3 - Took assessment, no update recorded to score (scored 40%)
  4. Launch 4 - Took assessment, no update recorded to score (scored 20%)

I seem to remember before that I was provided something by Articulate to completely wipe it from my machine before reinstalling. I'm not sure if I need that again or not.
