Is there a way to edit the audio before hitting save & close? It is cumbersome to save & close, when I know it needs editing, then open the audio editor separately. Thanks for your help.
If you're not using the Articulate audio editor, then only by using a 3rd party audio program open at the same time. i do this all the time when editing my audio. Soundbooth open in one monitor, PPT open in the other. that way i can both preview the screen, and update any audio as needed and then quickly re-import. i do a lot of mixing audio with music/sfx, so Soundbooth works for me. Your mileage my vary.
I guess I need to amp up my audio editing skills. For now, I was simply recording using the Record Audio button in Articulate, not importing it. Maybe I should try Soundbooth... Thanks for the suggestion.
If you just want to start and get the hang of audio editing, I would suggest either Audacity or GoldWave. Both are free, and offer good sets of editing tools. SoundBooth is a little pricey and has a lot of extra bells and whistles.

Hi Jill,
Are you importing audio via the "Import Audio" menu or are you importing audio from the Audio Editor?
