End lesson and send scoring

Our customer service uses Verint Impact360 for LMS, Workforce Ops, view eLearn etc. I can never get the published articulate lessons to End properly. The exit/exit now button does nothing in the player template. I've tried using launcher page also. Now I'm using quizmaker and I want to see quiz results. After the lessons a user has to manually just close all browser windows and on tracking side(verint) it always says lesson is "In Progress" even after browser has been shut down days later.
I spoke with Verint today and they said I can't see "lesson complete" or see quiz results because in Articulate I need to tell it to End or Exit and Send Results. Makes sense to me. So I'm looking and can't figure how to do this. Any ideas?

Hi Randy, I'm having the exact same problem with Storyline and Verint. The link that you posted takes me to the main Articulate Community page. I was wondering if you could help me any further as to how you resolved this issue?
