Some of my users are getting a 'mouse over' pop up on their screens. It says "download this clip" it is from real player. There are no clips to download.
I am sure this is an end user PC issue with real time, but does anyone have advice on how to make it stop for them
HI Amy and welcome to Heroes! I would personally ask the end-user if they use Real Player for any reason. If they say no, tell them to uninstall it. If they still need it, they can disable that option in Real Player by following the steps here:
