Engage files reverting to older versions when republishing

I'll do my best to describe the issue in hopes someone is aware of what a fix might be.

Scenario:

I have a Articulate Presentation published with Engage Files.

When testing I note changes that need to be made to an Engage file.

I make the fix, republish, test, and it works fine.

I notice an edit that needs to be made (NOT is Engage) and make the fix. After republishing, the new file has the OLD engage pre edit info.

Not sure how it's reverting or why.
