I am using Presenter 09 and I'm having trouble viewing the engage interactions in my published presentation. The presentation starts with two text slides, then an interaction. The interaction screen shows as blank and I cannot advance. The presentation was published using LMS, SCORM 1.2
Have you uploaded the content to the LMS, or are you viewing the published content locally? If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. I've seen quite a few cases where interactions won't play if they're viewed locally, as well.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
If you are publishing and uploading the content to your LMS, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
