I see the articulate ribbon in my powerpoint interface. But none of the options work. Not one. Nothing happens when the buttons are clicked. Please help. I am loaning this computer and software from a company I am freelancing for. So this is the first time I have opened the software. I am using PC running Windows 8 and PowerPoint 365.

Hi Christie, thanks for your help. I have reinstalled Studio 13 and I believe its working now, but I need to enter my serial number which I cannot find. How do I go about figuring that out?
