Presenter Ribbon crashes at "Record Narration"

Hello all,
I'm having an issue with Articulate . When I click on "Record Narration" on the powerpoint articulate ribbon it freezes at this point on the progress bar:
I have to use task manager to kill the Presenter ribbon (which shows Not Responding) and powerpoint.
When I restart I get the error message that there was a serious problem with Powerpoint and it prompts me to disable the Articulate ribbon.
Also have this error output:
The system in question is XP Pro SP3 32bit, running Office Home and Business 2010 32bit.
I have tried to repair Articulate, reinstall Articulate. and also reinstalled Office but no luck.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Kevin. Welcome to the community!
So sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with this. Thank you very much for all of the information, I appreciate it.
If you can, please take a look at the troubleshooting steps outlined in this knowledge base article. You mentioned that you already have the 32-bit installation of Office and that you've already re-installed. I would focus on the additional steps for XP, for now.
If the problem continues, please go ahead and submit a support case with us. In the case, you'll be able to provide a link to this thread, as well, so you won't need to repeat the information you've already posted. Also, if you do submit a support case, please share the case details with me so that I can update this thread with any suggestions or solutions.
Thanks Kevin!
Christine
