I have made several presentations using PowerPoint with the Articulate plug-in. I have recorded audio for each using the Record Narration selection. When I clicked on it for my current new presentation, I received an error.
"Your Articulate Presenter project cannot be upgraded to the new Articulate Presenter '13 file format"
After the error I cannot open to record narration. The Presenter recording will not begin.
