Error copying player files (Error code: 1223)

Hi, I'm having trouble previewing my presentations. Preview takes ages, then either nothing happens and I have to shut down using Task Manager, or the presentation itself shuts down, or I get the following message: "There was an error copying player files. Error code: 1223".
I'm using PowerPoint 2010, and this is happening with all presentations and Quizmaker quizzes. It doesn't happen every time (it took me 5 attempts on Monday to preview a course, the same course was fine yesterday, and today I have tried four times so far with the same course and twice with two other presentations).
I've tried disabling and re-enabling the Articulate add-inm, rebooting the pc, etc.
The content isn't anything fancy - text, pngs and the odd jpeg, slide transitions (in one presentation) and the odd animation (in one presentation).
Can anyone help?

You may encounter the following error message while publishing your Presenter ’09 presentation:
"There was an error copying player files. Error Code: 1223"

Thanks for your answer. It looks like the problem is when I'm trying to publish while other tasks are going on in the background (e.g. security scan). I guess I'll need to check my CPU useage before pressing the Preview button!
