I recently upgraded to Windows 10, and my Articulate Presenter (Studio '13 Pro) is no longer working. For example, if I click "Options", "Slide Properties", "Import Audio", etc. in the Articulate ribbon in PowerPoint, I get screenshot A (see attachment.) Then, when I click "OK", I get screenshot B. What is the solution?
After going through the upgrade to Windows 10 did you confirm that the Presenter add on was enabled in Powerpoint? You may want to begin by going through the steps in this article.
If your Presenter set up still isn't working after following the steps linked, you'll need to repair your software as described here.
I have followed all the steps in both links you provided, but I am still getting the same error messages when I try to access Presenter functionality. (Quizmaker seems to work fine when run in its own program.)

This article describes a similar error message although not entirely the same thing - you could look to those as well. Supported versions of Office are outlined here.
If the behavior is still occurring I'll want to get you working directly with our Support team to investigate this further.
