I run windows 10 and Microsoft office 10. I have had problems with office 10 and have had to delete and reinstall and everything's now working.
However I haven't now got the articulate tab in the ppt ribbon. I have followed your instructions and when I get to the COMM Add Ins articulate presenter IPC handler is not shown so I cant check it.

Yes thanks for response.
I have tried your help sheet without success.
When I get to the COMM add-ins section there is no articulate Presenter IPC
handler shown in the dialogue box.
The only option I have to check is One note notes about PowerPoint
presentations.
I have also checked the trust centre settings and the disable all
applications add-ins was not marked.
So I am at a loss at the moment.
