Error inserting a quiz

I'm updating some courses. I have Windows 7, Office 10, and Presenter 09. Everything has been working, and I've udated a number of courses.
Now I'm running into a challenge. I've tried to re-insert a quiz (these have all been moved to a different machine, and re-inserting the interactions and quizzes has been necessary.) I get the following error:
Automation error
Library not registered.
in AP5.frmEngageMain.AddInteraction at line 120
The same error comes up at line 170.
The error message then changes to this:
Object variable or With block variable not set
in AP5.frmEngageMain.AddInteraction at line 180
The same error comes up at the following lines:
200
210
220
230
250
260
270
330
The screen then goes to the "Installing quiz" progress bars and hangs. Only killing PPT and the add-in through Task Manager and rebooting the machine will give me back control. I've rebuilt the quiz, and had the same sequence of events when attempting to insert the new quiz.
I've tried uninstalling the add-in, and I've reinstalled it, and have the same issue.
Any help someone can give me would be great.

Since you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, here is a slightly more aggressive approach that you can also try.
If this doesn't help, can you please submit a Support Case and include copies of the affected files so that we can attempt to reproduce the problem in our environment?

The "slightly more aggressive approach" did not resolve my problem, and in fact, I had forgotten about the request to submit a Support case, so I'm going to try that now. Feel free to check back with me to see if there was a resolution!
