Error - Locating Preview Folder

I have been looking for a solution to this error message. Repaired twice and re-installed once, but still get this error when trying to access the player templates. I also created a new folder with no luck. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the trouble!
You mentioned that you've already repaired and uninstalled. Can you tell me if you followed the steps outlined in one of the articles below, please?
