I am trying to do the narration on my training module. but i keep getting the following error message when i hit 'naration'.
...The action could not be completed because the other application is busy. Choose 'swtich to' to activate the busy application and correct the problem...
when i hit 'switch to' nothing happens. than the program froze. i restarted it and tried a few times, but i keep getting the same outcome.
Do you have a screenshot of this error message? Do you have more than one instance of Presenter open? Did you confirm you're working on local project files as detailed here?
If you are working locally, are you also able to look at recording in a brand new file to confirm that it's not just this file that is having issues?
