I've done this plenty of times before, but now getting an error when adding avi's to slides in pptx. It seems to work, but when I save and reopen the pptx, I get a message asking to Repair something. When I click Repair, it says PP couldn't read some content in the pptx and removed it (see attached image). Then I get a big red X on the first slide and the pptx locks up. I upgraded Articulate, but that didn't help.
Hi, Bruce -- Sorry to hear you are having difficulties! It sounds like you may be encountering an error due to Flash Player 19 causing corruption. Please see this thread, and also this thread for steps you can take to repair your presentation. Please let us know if that does the trick or if you need additional assistance. :)
