I have a slide with animations. When I try to sync the animations, the first graphic automatically appears even though it is set to appear on a mouse click. I found a long thread on this in the old AP forum, but no resolution to the issue. Any ideas?
Does the issue only occur on one specific slide or does it occur on other slides? Can you post that single slide as an attachment so that we can test it?
Don't think I am crazy for asking this. But, could you possibly have a duplicate image on the slide? Open your Selection pane and check. I did that one time and was wondering why the image kept appearing before the animation. **shot in the dark**

Articulate support solved it for me. I had to change themes, save, return to the old theme. So far it's working.
