Flash Movies not loading in Presenter

Please can someone help, about a year ago my laptop failed and I lost everything including Articulate Version 5, I then purchased a new computer with Windows 7, got all my programs back only to find oit that I could not get Flash Movies to work in the Presenter panel. I use Media Semantics to produce my movies. I was told that Windows 7 does not support Articulate Version 5, and I would need to purchase Studio 9! I have just purchased Studio 9, and guess what! it still does not WORK! I am no computer wizard, but I tested the flash movie and it works, but when I Publish Articulate the window opens, I get the loading bar, and it sits there. I think there must be a security issue or some thing blocking the loading of the movie, I have checked my "Pop Ups" etc, I have the latest version of Flash, I have tried everything I know, please some one help. The Support team could not help! Buy Studio 9, and it still does not work so not a happy fellow. :-( Please help some one.......................

So sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with this. I was able to find a case for this issue (#00331389 for my reference). However, I noticed this case was just opened today. Were you referring to an older case?
Looks like Joe is working with you on the case and he sent out an email to you early this morning.
Have you had a chance to try the suggestions in his response? If so, and the problem continues, please respond to his email so he can continue working with you on this.
