Flash Player 10 or higher message

Hello,
When I try and open Articulate Studio 13 or Storyline I receive the following message "Flash Player 10 or higher for Internet Explorer is required to run Articulate Presenter '13". I have flash player 16 installed.
I have done the following...
1) Verified that the shockwave object is enabled in IE
2) Active X filtering is off
3) Re-installed the flash player 16
4) Repaired Studio 13
After all of this, I am still receiving the message and can't open studio 13. The funny thing is I used it last night with no issues.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Update 5 included our fix for the Flash Player 16 issue. If you are still having difficulty, we may need to get you to support :)
I am very disappointed - my flash player is update but REPLAY STILL DOES NOT PLAY....

Did you download the update for Replay that fixes the issue with Flash player 16 causing issues?
Storyline 2 ran fine yesterday, this morning it will not load, giving the error message to install flash player 10 or higher. What could have happened overnight to cause SL to fail?
I have FP 18 installed.

What update of Storyline 2 are you using? You'll want to ensure you're on the latest update, update 5 available here. If you're using Update 5 and still having difficulty, please connect with our Support engineers.

I can't open it to determine the version.
It was installed six weeks ago. Everyone else in my organization is having the same issue.
Worked fine yesterday, won't open today.
Our IT group is now involved.

If you're able to download the update again it wouldn't hurt to reinstall. Also, our support engineers are happy to assist as you work with your IT team as well. Update 5 came out in early May so if you have been using Storyline 2 for about 6 weeks it very well may be Update 5.
Since thee problem occurred to all those using Articulate at the same time, I suspect something on our end, perhaps the ITs made some change. If we can't get it resolved, we'll get in touch with your support engineers.

Can you guys also look at the articulate replay - since you have started update 3 it never initializes

I'm not sure what you are referring to with Update 3, but there is an update for Replay as well that corrects the Flash error.
IT installed FP 18 last night. I appears that SL won't handle anything beyond FP 16.
IT is working with SL to resolve the issue.

I have Flash player 18 installed and have been using Storyline, you will need to ensure you're on the latest update of Storyline 1 (update 8) and Storyline 2(update 5). If you've installed those and are still having difficulty you may want to work directly with our support engineers here.

I'm not privy to the case number. I only know the problem is being addressed.
I can post when they get it resolved.
I rarely use Storyline and just discovered this issue, it seems that these updates are really downloads of versions of the software!
