Trying to use Studio 13 for the first time. I keep getting a pop-up window saying that Flash 10.0 or higher required, but Flash 16 is already installed and enabled. The window does not go away, and the screen freezes if I decline to go to the website to download it.
Hi. We have 2 laptops with Studio 13 on each, both of which are having the same issue. As I'm seeing a client tomorrow, a fast resolution would be helpful. Thanks
Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter won’t operate. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Presenter. See this article for details.

Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter won’t operate. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Presenter. See this article for details.
