I'm working on adding "spotlight" annotations to an existing project and it keeps skipping/pausing/freezing on its own. I don't know exactly how to describe it, but when the mouse freezes, so does the annotation timer so I know it is not an issue with the mouse.
Any help is appreciated. Annotations are time sensitive and after trying 20 times I'm still not able to get it right.

Please be sure that you are working locally and on our latest update, which is update 5 assuming you are utilizing Presenter '13.
If so, I would recommend a repair of your software.
