Full View - Gaining more real estate

I'm creating a piece that utilizes no player controls and ideally would cover the majority of the screen during playback. However, I've noticed the margining (top and sides) is limiting the amount of real estate for my slides. (see attache image)
I've played with editing the player.html file and the playerproperties.xml file but just can't seem to find a way to expand the size of the slide beyond the grey borders above and below, as well as expand onto the white areas along the side. Any tips and advice to customize/tweak this would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Bob

In Player Templates -> Other -> Presentation Size make sure that is set to scale to the browser size:

Make sure the Browser size is set to fill the screen too. When you publish, make sure you select the template you customized to these settings so the changes take effect.
Yep, already had those items chosen and verified them again in the output files. The screen shot I included was from the browser full screen (F11). It appears to have filled the screen on the sides, but again it's that white area from the player I want to reduce so that the slide area can expand to the edges. Is that possible?
You might be able to do something with a community skin:

However, out of the box you can't change the amount of real estate the slide view takes up in the browser. Here's some additional skins as well:
