Working with a customer-supplied template (brand new PPT), I am finding graphics popping into the edges of various frames after I publish. The graphics are from elsewhere in the slide deck, and always seem to appear in the same area of the screen, centered onthe lower left corner. I just delete and republish, and sometimes they go away... and later they're back elsewhere in the deck. Help!
Hi-- I sent in the files two days ago, and my sales contact said the solution was identified... but I have not gotten any solution. How do I move this forward? I really don't want to start this over if I can help it.

Hi Jim and welcome to Heroes! It's entirely possible that the file you received is corrupt. If that's the case, take a look at this article:
