Help! Installed update, and it erased my quizzes!

Hi everyone.  Our Articulate modules won't play properly in our new LMS.  I got a message from Articulate  that said to install this latest updated to Studio 9 to resolve an incompatibility with IE 10 (update 9 from March 22 - http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=ap9&id=7wb4tgkqsetg).  Thinking that might be our issue, I installed it.  Now all my quizzes are showing as blank screens.  The buttons are there, all the popups, correct and incorrect messages seem to work properly, but there is no text anywhere.  It has all vanished, even when I open the quiz directly in Quizmaker.  The questions are there, but in preview or publish mode, everything is blank.  Now what do I do?   This problem is worse than the one I was trying to solve!  It's essentially rendered all our training useless.   Does anyone have any suggestions or know what is causing this?

Hi Toni,

It sounds like something may have not been install properly, and if so, you'll want to uninstall and repair your Studio software.  Would you be able to submit a Support case so that our team can help you? Since it's happening in your LMS and within the Preview/publish mode I'd like to have them troubleshoot with you directly.
