I downloaded the most recent Articulate Presenter '13 update last night, and today nothing on my Articulate ribbon will work! Absolutely nothing happens when I try to do anything. I've tried restarting the computer 2 times and still not working. Please let me know what I can do to get it back up - I have a major project due tomorrow morning!!

Hi Pam,
I had the same problem two days ago. Articulte recomends the following steps http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter-13/the-articulate-tab-on-the-powerpoint-ribbon-is-missing-736. However, these did not work for me.
I was able to solve my problem by doing the following and I hope these will work for you:
1. I restarted my computer
2. Double clicked on the same Studio 13' installer
3. Chose the Reinstall option
And once reinstallation was done, I started the Powerpoint. BOOM, Ribbon was there.
