Articulate Studio not working after Upgrade to Windows 10

So I upgrade to Windows 10. The following week, I tried to use the Articulate Studio and nothing is working. 

In Presenter, none of the buttons in the Articulate Ribbon work. When I click them, it just hangs and buffers for a while and then nothing happens. (see attached video)

I have tried uninstalling and installing the Articulate Studio. I've even tried uninstalling and installing my Office. 

Moreover, I cannot deactivate and activate my Studio at all.

Sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered! If you're having difficulty activating with Windows 10 installed you'll want to take a look at using the steps here.  Also, the steps here will help you get the ribbon working again.
