I'm having a problem with a specific slide that simply not load its content when it's preview or published. I use the Articulate Presenter '09, and it happen only in a specific slide (6 to be exact). There's anyone who can help e with this problem?
What's on slide #6? Have you tried to recreate it or remove individual elements one at a time to see if it allows you to preview? It may be a particular item that is causing issues, and you'll want to make sure that items you've inserted or imported follow the guidelines here for working on project files.
If you replace the slide and have to recreate it, yes, you'll need to add those elements in again. But if that's the slide where it's regularly freezing and acting up - I suspect it's something on that slide contributing to the behavior.

Hi Ashley!!
The slide contains only one textbox. The slide already contains a recording with it.
If I replace it, I lose the audio of the slide, don't?

It was really a problem with the slide content.
In one textbox there was too many blank spaces, whats seens to cause the player to crash.
Thank you, Ashley.
See ya!!
Thanks Magno for the update and glad you were able to figure it out
