Help! Unable to install Presenter 09

I have a new, clean install of Microsoft Office 2010, 32-bit, running on Windows 7. I have downloaded and installed Studio 09. When I launch Powerpoint, I get this dialog box:
If I click Yes, then this box comes up:
I tried following the directions for enabling COM Add-Ins. When I go to the Manage COM Add-Ins dialog box, it tells me there was a runtime error. See below:
I have tried clicking the checkboxes anyway and restarting PP. Didn't work. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Studio 09. I went to the Trust Center and made sure the checkboxes were empty on the Add-Ins tab. I also disabled my UAC in Windows 7. I tried downloading installing Microsoft .Net framework 4. That also didn't help. Articulate has never shown up on my PP ribbon. What can I do to get this to work?
