Help with Locked Navigation in Presenter - Player Templates

Hi,
Has anyone ever had any problems when setting the user navigation to "Locked - user cannot change slides" in the player template of Articulate '09? Specifically, I have set this to a locked view and after saving this setting, I have published my course. When viewing the published course, I am able to move to any slide within the course. I shouldn't be able to do this with the "locked view" set. Any help is appreciated.
