Hosting Video on Brightcove and working with Articulate 13

Mar 21, 2014

Due to bandwidth, we want to host our videos on Brightcove and then attach the link in our Articulate presentations.  I have Articulate '13.  I am having a challenge finding the right code.  I log into Brightcove, upload the video and get the URL.  When I post the URL in Articulate I have tried adding the video (via the video link) and I also tried inserting as a web object.  I can a simple URL: http://bcove.me/tfpv7f6q. or I can get java code (attached).

any ideas?

Hi Lisa!

You should be able to insert that as a web object.  Be sure that you are not trying to preview the project and that you are testing it in it's intended published environment.

You can see my test here:

If you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. To test your content and share it with others, you'll need to upload it to the environment for which it was published. Here's how.
