HTML Hyperlink not Working Offline in Web-Published Course

Aug 19, 2013

I have an Articulate course that I must make available offline, too, via a Web server for contingent (temporary) workers who are not given access to our LMS.  However, an html hyperlink inserted in the Pass Result screen of the final quiz is not working.  It links to a Qualtrics survey that we are using to capture user information to track contingent worker course completion.  The arrow turns to a hand when hoving over the hyperlink, but nothing happens when the link is clicked.

My internal IT support is telling me that Articulate must provide a trust certificate.

Your thoughts?

Hi, Ashley.  Thank you for the follow-up.  Since submitting this support request, I received word from one of our LMS administrators that he thinks that this issue is related to Web server settings that can be adjusted to allow the hyperlinks to function within the Web copies of the courses on the Web server.  We are going to investigate this theory before I further pursue this Articulate Product Support request.  Fingers crossed the fix is as simple as a change to Web server settings.
