I've run into little problem. I've been using hyperlinks in my module and set the colour of the font for the hyperlinks to blue through the design template. Pre-published they are the correct color; however, after publishing, the fonts turn black.
We'll take a close look and help diagnose and resolve the issue. When you submit the case, be sure to include the url from this thread, as well as any other pertinent information. Thanks!
I just noticed that something strange just happend to my file - most of the font have just changed colours...i may have to make some updates to my module and send to you again...i'll keep you posted.
Thanks, Raymond. Do keep us updated on any changes you experience. Also, your privacy is very important to us, and your files will be kept strictly confidential. You'll hear from one of our support engineers shortly. Thanks!
Hey Peter - I think I may have figured out the problem....
You can test as well to confirm...
I believe that if you're have hyper links in a slide master - when you publish they'll come out a diferent colour...not too sure as to why...but i've tested out a slide and they seems to be the issue.
Do you know if there's a solution to this? Is this a known bug?
I've reviewed your project file and have the following information.
Remove the hyperlinks applied to the navigation text in your Slide Master. Then add the hyperlink(s) to a shape(s) that is 100% transparent and aligned above the respective link text. This should allow the hyperlink(s) to work while maintaining the color setting.
Note: This applies to hyperlinks on a Slide Master and does not have to be done when adding hyperlinks at the slide level. With that said, this issue has been submitted to our QA team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
