Sorry--have to post in StoryLine, not Presenter! Red face.
Any suggestions? I can preview it, I can launch it from the output, but the LMS sees nothing in the zipped folder. When I try to launch the .html file from the output, it opens with no problem.
When I try to launch it from the zipped file, an error message appears--no content.
I apologize, but I'm not clear on this - which product are you using? Storyline, Studio '09 or Studio '13?
Also, which LMS are you using?
Have you been able to upload and test the project in any server, other than your LMS? It may help to test your course in SCORM Cloud. This would help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. If you're using AICC content please take a look at the article below for testing information:

If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
