I have a SCORM course of which I am attempting to upload in our e-learning platform. Every time I do the following error message appears: "Not a valid package".
I have attempted to change the name of the files (excluding accents or blank spaces, just in case). Also it´s already zipped, but I can´t find the reason of the issue.
It is getting very fustrating can someone offer me assistance?
I just wanted to verify that you are publishing locally as described here. You can also try and test the file in the SCORM Cloud to see if it can be loaded there.
You could also share the file here if you would like us to look at the publish settings.
Did you use the zipped button from the publish successful window or zip it yourself? I'd suggest the former - and also you may want to look and see if your LMS requires a certain SCORM version. Studio '13 is SCORM conformant as detailed here.
Hi Florencia! I would advise zipping via the button available in the Publish Successful dialog box. If you have difficulty still, please proceed with the SCORM Testing shared above as well.
The file would need to be below 100mb for the SCORM Cloud to test. However if your file is only 119kb, it should work, do you have a.story file you could share with us?
Thank you for sharing the output. I did load your zip file into the SCORM Cloud and was able to open and view it without issue. Can you test the output here?
Which LMS are you using? You may want to reach out to them to see if they may be able to assist, or try re publishing the original .story file first, to see if you can get it to load.
Are you referring to the videos on Slide 6 and 22? Both of those played through without issues on my end. You may also want to make sure there are no security setting in your internet browser that may be causing the issue. have you tried to re load this to your LMS?
It does not appear that there was an issue loading up the course in SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing LMS content. Have you connected to your LMS team about this issue?

Hi Ashley! I zipped it by myself (I selected the entire content inside the presenter output folder, and then I zipped it)

I need to find a solution :(
Hello Florencia!
You would want to go to this link here for the SCORM Cloud, and you can upload and test your file there.
Hi Emily,
I tried to upload the zip in the SCORM Cloud and appears the following window: "File size can not be greater tan 100 mb for trial accounts".
How is the weight allowed for those kind of files? Maybe 119KB is too heavy to support it...

I would like to, but I don´t know how. Could you please help me?
Hello Florencia,
You can use the Add Attachment right here in the post. You will not be able to send it via email response.
For revision... Waiting for your comments! Thank you! :)

Hi Emily,
I tested the output as you requested. It works OK, except for both videos that didin´t run.
I´m using Net Dimensions (NTS).

Hi Emily, I still having the same problem, Can I send you again? Cant find the issue... If you could help me it would be great!
Hello Florencia,
Have you reached out to your LMS team or IT team regarding the issue? If the videos are MP4 or FLV, you may want to look at the article here.
The thing is I have already published courses with mp4 files (created in Articulate Replay), thats why this possibility is dismissed.
I would definitely suggest to reach out to the LMS team, as it was working from the SCORM Cloud in earlier testing.
Emily, please find the completed course attachment for revision. Thank you so much!
Hi Florencia,
This file did open and play in the SCORM Cloud again, please see here.
Have you contacted your LMS team?
So, you couln´t find any issue that can cause this invalid package in the server?
